The mission is to facilitate collective therapy and foster meaningful connections. By embracing our emotions and engaging with others, we can navigate life's challenges with clarity and resilience. Soon, many of us will be contributing our talents, and the team involved in the mission will expand. We need to take care of each other. Every positive action we take will grow and expand. We are all part of a collective trauma and limiting programming. However, we have reached a point where we can change everything. Connect with us! Cocreating Inclusivity CIC

I’m Neist! Challenges are an integral part of our evolution.
Who would we be without navigating through life's waves?
Sometimes, I ask myself, did we choose to come here to experience all this?
Indeed, as we grow, we continuously improve, and our experiences shape our personalities and our brains.
In my case, I grew up like one of those resilient trees with roots breaking through the pavement, and branches causing sparks in electric wires. Raised in survival mode, I, like many, endured toxic relationships. Yet, there is a profound learning in these experiences, and I am immensely grateful for who I am today. Though I continue to work on past traumas and explore various healing techniques, I am passionate about sharing what has been helpful to me, hoping it might resonate with others.
No longer in survival mode, I’ve had to change my mental mantras from negative phrases like “I hate this person” and “I’m mad at this” to positive feeling thoughts like “Thank you,” “I’m happy,” and “Beautiful.” This shift required decades of conscious effort in self-development. Self-awareness. That doesn't mean I always have good days, but I strive for improvement. As I have made progress, I believe everyone is capable of the same growth.
I trust in your potential!
From a young age, I have always been highly perceptive and deeply connected to both people and nature. For me, spirituality isn’t separate from life; it is life. Our interactions spark awareness, and it’s these moments that keep the fire of consciousness alive.
One of the most grounding practices in my spiritual journey has been Vipassana Meditation. My first course, in the spring of 2012 in the UK, came when I was going through one of the darkest periods of my life. It felt like the darkest night of my soul, but with it came the sunrise—both in the galaxy and in my inner world. Since that day, I have maintained a disciplined practice, which has allowed me to understand myself on a much deeper level and become more attuned to the non-physical.
During my meditation retreats, I witnessed pregnant women meditating, and I remember thinking, “What a profound experience! I want to do that when I am waiting for my little one.”
Another significant part of my spiritual growth came through assisting facilitators in family constellations. Through this work, I experienced the deep interconnectedness of our lives with those of our ancestors. I came to realise that the effects we see now are often caused by forces from the past. My final session, where my own constellation was done, felt like a true metamorphosis—from caterpillar to butterfly.
One of my childhood discoveries was to become a whirling dervish, a memory triggered by a documentary I saw as a child. When I discovered that women could also whirl, I knew I would follow that path. It came full circle when I trained to be a whirling dervish while pregnant. This practice connected us to a depth I could never have imagined. We carry memories from the future, but life still surprises us—those moments when the heart seems to pause are simply the deep inhale before a burst of joy.
Now, I remain an eternal student, continuously learning and evolving. One source of profound wisdom is a book that has greatly impacted me—would you like to know more about it?
