Recall your dreams. Search for common things. Use different colours for different emotions.
*Early in the morning, get photons in your eyes! Open the window! Go outside!
*Exercises. (Feel the greatness of your body) Exercise your eyes too!
*Mirror mirror, love yourself, work on it. Shower, self-care. A cold shower in the morning? A hot shower in the night? If you feel it is appropriate.
*Appreciation. Even if is just one detail of life, if you have more, feel enamoured… Talk to your helpers every day, they are listening! It’s so yummy when you know that you know.
*Eat and drink healthily. (Monitor your foods and how you feel, we are all different, you have a diet and a habit of eating that works just for you, and you change in time as well)
*Something to study (Pay attention to how long you can pay attention) Use 40 hz as a background frequency, which improves your concentration.
*Show love to someone (physically, verbally, written, a gesture, a gift, attention…Quality time very well invested)
*4 Hugs at least, 6 seconds each. We melt!
